Substitutions:
If an item becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute the requested item with an item of equal or greater value.

Shipping Charges per Gift:
Packages being sent to the Phoenix metro area are hand delivered.  All other packages are sent via FedEx Ground Service.  For packages being sent-in-state, allow 1 business day for delivery.  All out-of-state packages please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Local same day and Saturday delivery available, please call for pricing

PO Boxes, Overseas and APO addresses:
Add an additional $5.00 to our ground rates above.  Shipping time may also differ from those of FedEx.

Redirected Packages:
An $10.00 fee will be added to your transaction in the event the package is returned or redirected for incorrect, missing or incomplete information.  Unfortunately, our guarantee would also become “void” in this event.

*All private label artwork needs to be emailed to brownies@brownieconnection.com (as a jpeg file)  at least 48 hours prior to requested ship date. 

Discounts:
Orders totaling $1800 or more (prior to tax or shipping) will receive a 5% discount.

We are happy to offer you a retail location for our bakery and gift shop.  We are located at 397 South Gilbert Road, Ste 100 Gilbert, AZ  85296.  We are open Monday Thru Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm.  Our shop offers a unique environment to enjoy your brownies, cookies and ice cream sundaes!!  We look forward to meeting you.
